Demand Summit Entertainment TWILIGHT Sites

The success of the movie 'Twilight' has been used a number of certain parties to make profits. A site that is located diTwilight.com eventually sued by the distributor Summit Entertainment.

These problems arise because Tom Markson, parties who have contributed to the site is illegally using the trademark to attract visitors Twilight. Summit Party accused Markson had violated copyright and unfair competition.

Previously, Markson never dikirmkan warning letters to stop the infringement ruling, but was ignored so that the case goes to court.

"The defendant used the property Twilight on its site in various ways, including posting to download recordings Twilight" Summit said in a report document as reported by E! online on Thursday (09/08/2011).

Twilight, adapted from the novel by Stephenie Meyer was produced since 2008. The fourth series of the film, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 1 will be released 18 November 2011.
